Hey, hey, I’m not pointing fingers here. I need to lose a few pounds myself, and its because I sit in front of a computer for the majority of my waking day. Our lifestyles as computer users have taken away the ability for us to romp and play outside in the sunshine. When I was an instructor at the call center, I would listen to all of the stories of how people went through some severe weight changes. They would tell me that when they started working at the call center, they weighed in at a healthy and respectable amount but before long, the pounds started stacking up at a disturbing rate.
So, I decided to do a podcast on weight control and the computer user. This brainstorm was presented to me because several things came together at once. Opportunity has a strange way of opening up some doors. My Wife joined the Sure Slim program and it started to work like crazy. Our daughter in law lost over forty pounds just by counting calories and she said it was incredibly easy. That’s a statement that I had to get on record, so we invited our Daughter in law over for a podcast and she was delighted to tell us how she did it. Oh, and by the way, both the Sure Slim program and our daughter in laws rapid weight lose was closely supervised by professionals and medical doctors.
Now, I know that diet is just a part of a healthy lifestyle and that’s why we feel this program is so important. Exercise must also be part of the entire scheme. That’s why, in the future we will be bringing in experts in the fields of nutrition and exercise, throw them in front of a microphone, ask them some direct questions, have alot of fun with them and then turn the podcast over to you, the listener.
