Pat’s Morning Mix Podcast. Show #2 (March 10-16)

In order to put a more ‘human touch’ on all of our content, my wife and I will be bringing you a series of podcasts to show you what were up to, what were thinking, (and I have decided to take the extreme step of putting part of my life in this blog). I am putting my diet and exercise program on a page called ‘Whats Rick Doing Now?’

Pat has been taking vitamins, herbs and other holistically related food supplements for many years. Through allot of research (just ask me, some sections of our entire library are taken up with holistic health books) Alternative health practitioners and some trial and error she has formulated a combination that works very well for her. Here is the list of Pat’s morning mix
* Flax Seed, grind one heaping tablespoon of flax in a dedicated coffee grinder, and soak in 8 ounces of room temperature, filtered water.
* Add 3 ounces of Aloe Vera Gel to the mixture (at this point, you can add juice to make it taste better)
With a mini wish, or blender if you want, mix all of the ingredients together. Then, use this mixture to take your vitamins and minerals.

* 2 x 300 milligram capsules of Glucosamine
* 2 x 1000 IU of vitamin D3
* 1 tablet 1 milligram of Folic Acid
* 1 x 5000 MCG of B12
* 1 x 100 milligrams of B complex
* 2 x 1000 milligrams of Wild Salmon Oil
* 2 Ultimate Pro Biotic capsules
